Keeping the carburetors balanced and clean on these bikes is one of the most important steps in making sure they run correctly. The carbs were dismantled and cleaned with Threebond engine conditioner, then new Litetek seals installed to replace the old original seals. A quick bench balance was done after reassembly, though it will need a proper vacuum balance when the bike is up and running. In the near future the rubber carb boots will be replaced but they are in OK condition as is.
Current main jets are:
(1) - (2) - (3) - (4)
118 - 115 - 115 - 118
